Company ProfileOriginally created to offer quality Electrical surveys and inspections for homeowners, sellers, buyers, landlords & agents we have expanded our portfolio to include general electrical contracting work including re-wiring - both partial and full, additional circuits and appliances, extensions, under-floor heating, kitchen upgrades, specialist lighting both indoors and outdoors, portable appliance testing (PAT Testing), shower installations, smoke alarms etc We are based in the Midlands and offer a service to Central, East and West Midlands locations or elsewhere by arrangement. Electricians qualified to latest requirements for electrical installation, inspection and testing. We are qualified to self certify our work, upon completion an appropriate certificate is issued by us, we then notify NAPIT of the job, NAPIT then report the work to your local council building control and to TrustMark, NAPIT then issue their own certificate of compliance direct to the customer.
AccreditationWe are members of the National Association of Professional Inspectors & Testers (NAPIT), this accreditation requires technical qualifications and annual assessments by NAPIT on the quality of our work and knowledge of the IEE regulations. See www.napit.org.uk our membership number is 7011 The company is also members of the government recognised organization TrustMark who provide conciliation services, and provide a six year guarantee for our work.
